Each order is carefully packed by hand and shipped within 2–3 business days. Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches on Hainan Island, we take great care to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we can’t accept returns for opened soaps. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
